Where to update your profile, body metrics, and planner preferences.

Everything that shapes your scores and plans lives in settings, and you can change it any time.

  • Health profile — add or remove conditions, medications, allergies, reactions, and diets. See Your health profile.
  • Body metrics — weight, height, age, sex, activity level, goal, and optional body-fat %. Filling these in gives you a tailored calorie target instead of the default.
  • Planner preferences — which meal slots the planner fills, and how many sides (0–3) your lunches and dinners get.
Changing your profile updates your scores everywhere — existing recipes and plans are re-scored against the new rules.
