Why each shuffle is different
Rebuilding rotates which recipe leads each slot and which sides surface alongside it. Because the lead and the supporting sides shift each time, repeated shuffles give you genuine variety instead of the same plan over and over.
Shuffle a few times and keep the week you like best. Your profile and calorie target stay the same, so every version still fits you.
